History

New Tiao Peng Trading, Inc. was first established in 1960 by Tiao Peng, one of the first importers of Asian goods, and later on created the Butterfly brand. New Tiao Peng Trading, INC is the sole distributor of Butterfly Brand products from Asia.
We handle several types of non-perishable goods, frozen foods, and rice imported from Thailand and neighboring countries. Our Butterfly Brand Jasmine Rice has been in the market for more than 30 years. We were one of the first companies to import jasmine rice to the United States.
